Description:

Eastfork Pottery and Craighill occupy two very distinct corners of the design world — one rooted in the warmth of handmade ceramics, the other in the precision of machined metal objects. The Mescola Cocktail Set was an exercise in making those two languages feel like they were always meant to share a shelf.

The set comprises three pieces: a cocktail shaker with a built-in sculptural pouring spout, a measuring jigger, and a bar spoon — everything you need for an unhurried evening drink. The shaker's integrated spout was the defining design challenge, collapsing a functional detail into something that reads as purely sculptural until you actually use it.

The process moved from hand sketches to digital iteration in close dialogue with both teams, keeping the soul of each brand intact while finding the overlap where something new could live. The result sits comfortably in either catalog — at home next to a Craighill desk object or an Eastfork bowl.
